The interview was relatively straight forward. Very few technical questions. Interviewers were looking more for fit with the company then anything else. AB is a very formal type of environment. Dress is formal, culture is formal, I would even say attitudes are formal. The approach that I took was to address why I would be a good fit to the firm.
