Interviewed with a Vice President in Legal and the General Counsel. They were very pleased with me because I was diverse candidate and had a finance background. Not many questions were asked. I was hired as an intern and subsequently not hired as a full-time associate because I supposedly did not have the requisite qualifications (which they knew from the beginning, if that was a valid excuse). Though they had employees, working in their department, who did not even have a law degrees.
