Phone screen with HR, roughly 30 minute call reviewing the role and my resume/work experience. Initial interview with hiring manager, over Teams, roughly 1 hour. I felt it went OK, good fit from capability and personality. Then ghosted. I followed up with HR, no response. No response even that the role had been filled, 2 months later.
