It is a friendly proccess which in my case was splitted in 3 stages. First and second rounds are to evaluate fruency in english. The last one is a technical interview to evalute knowledge as per years if experience.

Entrevista
I I had five rounds before to get the offer. In the first one I had the call with the first recruiter to know about my experience being a java developer and my English skills. In the second round I had the call for 30 minutes with the manager recruiter. With him I had the same questions but in depth. I third round I had a conversation with the CTO for one hour; with him I had some technical questions about java stack technology and my experience implementing enterprise applications. He told me that I will have a technical interview. The fourth round was around two hours. In the first hour the interviewer asks me question from java core and data structures. The second hours was about spring core. In the five round with the CTO, again, they ask me questions about my personality, expectations, and the end, the official offer for the job.
