I began applying as a candidate for the program, so I had completed the normal steps 1-3 (initial talk with a recruiter, sending in OERs and other documents, and did the pre-selection interview with a recruiter). During step 4 (the final interview with the CEO), it converted from an interview for the program to an interview for working for the company.

Great process they offer a lot of training and resume building. I had a really great experience. I interviewed with 3 positions and was offered one. They do all the negotiating so that is a plus.
