Work culture is not as good. Interview process is very long. Hiring is pretty easy though. Some interviewers like to throw extremely hard questions to make it hard for employees

Interview is very smooth. It was like a normal conversation with the hiring manager about yourself and the general knowledge you have in electronics. Offer was immediately given after the technical interview.
