I first received an interview Zoom link without an introduction, and then a minute later, I received one from their HR rep asking if the time was okay. Luckily, it was. The first interview went well. They went over the details of the role, salary, etc. My second interview was fine—typical technical questions, etc, and how I would handle difficult situations, etc. I realized that during my second interview, I felt I did not do as well as I wanted, and it seemed like they were aware. Also, the interview process, from what they described, seemed longer than I expected. I am glad they were up front and transparent. After some consideration, I withdrew my application because the position did not feel like the right fit for me.
