I've applied through LinkedIn and after a few days I was contacted by the Director of Talent Acquisition. We had a pleasant discussion in which we have both explored if i was a good fit for the role and after a few days I have received a call asking me my availability for the next steps in the process. I had 6 more discussion, 3 online and 3 in the office/outside the office. All the discussions were insightful for the role and for the future interactions in the company. everything went smooth and natural which I appreciate very much.
