The HR was lovely.
However they were unclear us to what they were interviewing for. I should have been more persistent is getting a clear answer. As a result my interview was a test on backend architecture, something I am not qualified for but sat the test nonetheless.
Lesson learnt... only accept job interviews for a position that is clearly defined in advance.

Entrevista
The recruiter reached out to me and provided an overview of the role. I shared my professional background and how it aligns with the position. This was followed by an interview with the team manager, a more technical interview with one of the team members, and a second interview with the recruiter to discuss next steps.

Review of the professional test with a project manager: We discussed the test questions and my answers in more detail.
Professional interview with the direct manager: This interview focused on my experience as a systems analyst and project manager on various projects.
HR interview: This interview was more general and covered topics such as my career goals and why I am interested in the position.
References: I was asked to provide the contact information for two professional references.
