Had at least 2 phone interviews prior to in person interview. Phone interviews were standard fare. In person interview was an all day, intensive process. Several sessions of interviews with a team of 3 to 4 people. Each team with a focus on a different theme related to your job qualifications, how you work with others, technical skills, etc. Extremely thorough process. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions of the team members.
