Interview with HR and Program Manager. Typical interview setting and no out of the norm questions were asked. Job was offered on the spot. The entire process is quick and efficient.

I had to prescreen interviews with a staffing agency that went well. I had a third interview with the Director of AllCare Plus and with a quality manager. Where I was told that I did not have to put my screen monitor on because they were not going to put their monitors on. The entire interview was a waste of time they basically were patronizing me and was making the questions up that had nothing to do with the job or the position. Needless to say, I did not get the position. Which is probably a good thing. Given their less than the stellar presentation of the company they work for.
