Have you ever walked into a car dealership and were immediately approached by a sketchy car salesman and the entire time he was talking you were pretty sure at least 80% of it was BS?...thats what being interviewed at this company is like.

Mostly you look at drawings/designs of an event and say what is wrong with it, how you would solve a specific problem, or how you would improve the overall event/design.

Did one first round interview which was fine and then I was called to go all the way out to their office in the middle of nowhere for an in-person interview. I made a seriously ridiculous mistake and submitted a cover letter with a few spelling errors in it which the owner made sure to pull up in the interview make me feel weird and stupid?.. I walked out knowing it probably wasn't a good fit but glad that I gave something different a shot.
What was so incredibly rude, though, is that they went WAY over on the 45 minute interview time (pretty sure it was at least an hour and fifteen) and then made no effort to follow up at all. I always send a thank you after an interview and even if I'm not hired, I always receive an acknowledgement of my existence. I took an entire morning off of work to come in and interview with them and they couldn't even send a "thanks for your time" reply. Once you've had someone in for an in-person interview, the whole radio silence thing is rude and unprofessional.
Disappointing because I thought they were nice people! But nice people don't leave candidates hanging. I found out that I was officially not being considered anymore because I saw the position opened back up on LinkedIn...

They'll ask a lot of real-life scenario questions which will be difficult to answer because they'll be pretty vague for someone who has never coordinated a race before.
