It was pretty straight forward - I received an email to set up a phone interview. A few days later, I was emailed again to set up a Skype interview. Waiting for the offer was the longest part (took about 3 weeks). Questions weren't hard, mostly about your personality type and such.
It was a pretty straightforward interview. Process includes phone interview and Skype interview which were fairly easy and comfortable. It was a great first interview experience which challenged both your resume and personality. Lots of questions but nothing that stumped me. Definitely a more organized and more conversational experience than many job interviews I've had.

They are very willing to work with your schedule knowing that most people are still in school when applying and not local. It was a two interview process, one phone, and the second skype.

If you could be any animal what would you be and why?
I responded to a flyer and sent in my resume and a cover letter. I got an email a week later to set up a phone interview, which was a fairly positive experience. Interviewer explained what the job was and I got the opportunity to ask questions about the job. The recruiter was friendly and helpful in answering all my questions.
Next day, I was asked to give 3 references, which I did. They call your references.
At the end of the interview, I was told the next step would be a Skype or In-person 2nd interview, but I didn't get picked for that.
After a couple of weeks, I got an email that I was not selected and that it's a competitive internship.
