4 rounds Round 1: Initial screening interview with a Director. Straight forward fit/motivation type of questions Round 2/3: Mine were combined. I had 2 interviews (1 case and 1 fit interview) followed by series of personality and quantitative/logical questioning. They took 1 month to get back to me with an answer (which was a NO). It was strange that they went into so much detail and ultimately said no. The strange part was that they did not feel I had sales experience for the role which was strange because in the interviews they never asked me about this part of my role (I am a Senior Manager at a Big 4 and sales is a key component). Overall I felt the interview process was very vague and not transparent at all in terms of feedback.
