Did an on campus interview after attending a career fair and had a great expereince. Both the person I talked to at the career fair and the person conducting the interview were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Give me some lessons you've learned from some of the jobs you worked?
Very organized and a smooth process. The interviewees were nice and friendly. The questions were not difficult and easy to answer. The interview was described and then questions were asked and answered.

Entrevista
Few rounds of interviews. Each interview was completely behavioral. Was recruited through a career fair and thought interviews were fairly easy. Still didn’t get an offer. Hard to do much to stand out in interviews
Interview process is way to long and rigorous for a client specialist roll.
Dinner with the team one night. Stay in a hotel and go to there office where they have yo do the following:
2 30 minute interviews back to back

Presents about alight
5 minute solo presentation infront of alight staff.
A lunch with alight staff
Too long of an interview process for this position.
