I had a first “tell me about yourself “ interview, then they sent me a take home test that I had to submit within 72 hours. In my opinion the test isn’t hard but it is super time consuming, they should compensate candidates a bit for their time, it took me 2 whole days to complete the assignment. After I submitted the test they never reached out to me again, I feel like my time was wasted.

Very poor. I was contacted by a recruiter that suggested I would suit a role at the company. I decided to speak with Active Fence to learn more. The representative refused to be transparent in regards to the salary band for the role and would not continue unless I stated what my expected salary would be. This lack of transparency is poor and furthers gender pay gaps. They then said they would be in touch with tasks and would need to revert within 3 days. The tasks were far too in depth, would easily have taken 20 hours to complete and consisted of laying out processes step-by-step. One would have to be incredibly naïve to lay out their specific processes before having a proper interview (and even then, giving specific steps in written format at length with no transparency how this would be used following the interview is poor at best). I did not complete the tasks and pulled out of the process. The representative never replied to my email. Do better.
