After i submitted a CV tailored to the job (answering the specific "tell me about a time" question in the posting), I was then prompted to submit a video submission. First step was a phone interview with general behavioral questions, and then a final round of a panel with situational questions.

What makes you different from other candidates?
This is a terrible company filled with terrible people they make you jump through hoops to be interviewed only to reject you the day after because they have picked a different canadiate only to repost the same job ad the following day. They are liars and they claim to want empathetic people working for them yet they do not have an empathetic bone in their bodies. They will waste your time and lie straight to your face. They made me do a self interview where they rejected me after seeing my face. I’m sure they are racist as well. They are a terrible company filled with liars

Entrevista
A comprehensive interview process consisting of a video submission, phone interview, and final video interview. It’s clear that AlgaeCal cares deeply about finding the right individuals to join their growing team. I personally appreciated how thoughtful and comprehensive the interview process was.

A variety of standard and atypical behavioural and situational questions were asked throughout the final two interviews to gauge fit. In my experience, AC asked more questions than I consider to be standard, which I liked.
