1. phone interview- call with a consultant, only 15 mins to talk about yourself 2. zoom with HR and consultant- 1 hour, asked about motivations, competency questions and a few scenario questions 3. zoom with directors

Very pleasant interviewing process with helpful interviewers. Clearly wanted you to succeed. First interview was 30 mins with someone from the company, just getting to know you and asks basic things related to the company and asset finance. Second interview was with a member of the team and HR, was more technical asked to go through some asset finance scenarios and a case study which they sent me beforehand. Final interview was with two higher ups who were really kind. Interview was mostly about who I am and my suitability to the role aswell as more difficult questions about the business side of Alfa. I was also asked to present my research on a topic they had sent me earlier. Overall I would say the company really wants you to do well and guide you through the interviews, do make sure to study their website in detail. I don’t know whether I have an offer or not yet.
