Lengthy and little to no communication. I applied through indeed. My first interview was a phone interview with the recruiter. Second Interview was a zoom meeting with the team manager and third interview was through another zoom meeting with members of the team. Although the experience was neutral it took a relatively long time to hear an update. My the last interview was the first week of February and I barely heard back from them today. I also understand it takes time to find the right candidate, however it just honestly felt like I was ghosted for lack of a better word.
