Recruiter screen, manager interview, peer interview, medical director interview- not super formal- was declined then offered the position I guess after someone else didn't take it. Manager and peer interview were able to accurately describe the position and answer questions about the work. Recruiter was misleading about bonuses.

I advanced smoothly through the recruiting process and had an excellent interview with the hiring manager, where my qualifications were a strong match. In fact, during that conversation, a more senior role was suggested as a better fit for my level of experience. The final interview with the Director of Market was a sharp contrast. The meeting started over 20 minutes late with no acknowledgment or apology, and the questions lacked structure and relevance to the role. I received a rejection email nearly a month later. I followed up requesting specific feedback to improve future applications for similar roles and received no response. The lack of professionalism and transparency was disappointing.
