They were very quick to respond and set up the first interview. However, the recruiter I was in contact with basically ghosted. I guess the position was either filled or canceled, I wrote multiple follow-up emails but never heard back. Even if I'm not selected, I think the standard industry practice is to still inform the candidate of the final decision.
