Got call from a consultancy and the interview process was quick. Had completed 2 rounds within a week. The process was smooth. First round was with a manager from US. Was friendly and conversational and he said that i was a right fit to the role. The second one was with the head who hardly spoke and said asked if I knew what was i getting into. They didn't respond back after that for weeks and after following up multiple times i got to know that I was rejected and there was no feedback of any sort.
