The Interview process was with director of brand, group brand manager, conferences and events brand manager, prof Ed manager, director again and finally the Sr. Director of Mktg. It went in that order and was over the course of a couple days. About 30 min each interview. Questions about experience and behavioral questions to determine what type of person you are and if you would fit we within the team.

*About 2 months of waiting the hear back after 1st round*
I applied for the job online as it was a maternity leave opportunity that needed to be filled (Canada). After two weeks, I received a phone interview request from HR which consisted of straightforward screening questions. It went well, but for the next 6-7 weeks, HR kept updating me with minor details and informed me that the hiring team had not yet reviewed all applicants. After 6-7 weeks, and the holiday break, an auto-generated response was sent to me, stating that I was not selected to move forward in the application process.
It seems that they were not in a rush to fill the maternity leave opportunity. Even a month after the rejection email, the position remains unfilled. Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid this company.
