Onlinebewerbung über das Novartis Bewerbungsportal, die Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch erfolgte nach über zwei Monaten Wartezeit. Das Gespräch war angenehm und entspannt mit jemanden aus der Fachabteilung, der QM-Leitung und der verantwortlichen HR. Insgesamt eine freundliche und höfliche Atmosphäre. Das Gespräch dauerte eine Stunde. Die Entscheidung wurde für drei Wochen später angekündigt. Nach eigener Nachfrage erfolgte nach mehr als sechs Wochen die Absage per Email.

Two rounds of interview. One with direct manager. After passing first round. Another with regional manager. Overall quite professional. There was a short session to test my language ability as my position requires translation between a foreign language and English.
