I was first interviewed on the phone by HR representative; those who made it went to the next level, a face to face with a Service Mgr and a Sr FSE. Passing this phase, were 2 phone interviews with a more Sr Mgr and a Tech Support Mgr, where more questions about industry experience, technical issues/troubleshooting and customer service were made.

First few interviews were virtual. There were some technical issues with a new version of WebEx and had to reschedule the first interview appointment due to only one of five interviewers not able to join. Second attempt went well. I had a problem with my WiFi disconnecting but I had my cellphone on standby and rejoined quickly. Last interview was in person at LF office and that went well as well.

Normal conversation with the recruiter. It was confortable and it was just to know me. There were not technical questions and everything was positive. It was just the first contact.

It was pretty much the standard, HR, manager, directors, standard questions you'd expect from corporate world, nothing outside the box. Was straight forward and not complicated. All the typical job interview questions you'd expect.
