I have taken 2 rounds of technical interview then 1 round with manger. Then they send to HR team and he told like he will send a mail I need to send all documents. But later when I called to recruiter he told like your skill set does not match to the requirement. This is the first company where after asking for document, they can reject the candidature. So if your employee do not have any work then do not waste time of the candidate by taking interview.
