Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Alcatel-Lucent (Seattle, WA) en feb 2010
Entrevista
The interview process included a few technical interview on the phone followed by some other additional personality interviews and then a few in person interviews. Comparing this process to some other interviews I've had they didn't seem to be too technical or detail. overall, it was an easy process.
Interview is straightforward. Technical and HR rounds. Technical round is fairly challenging but manageable by someone who knows his turf. HR round is a breeze. Overall, the process is more enjoyable than daunting. Worth having an experience. There might be surprise third rounds but that's a rarity. Most commonly only 2.

In Alcatel-Lucent, depending to the position and projects, interviews are changing. There is no key person or as-allways person for jobs. People are hiring people for their team. And this is how you are allways in a like-mind environment in work.
