Great it went well very smooth, easy transition.It can definitely be a little intimidating. All in all it was a very successful process. Hopefully you guys experience the same things I did.

The recruiter was nice and realized I had the experience the company was looking for. Unfortunately the process took 5+ weeks with little or no communication in-between. As an older candidate with a couple decades worth of the exact experience they were looking for I needed to ask myself if this was a case of ageism. We spoke of “growth” within the company and the hiring manager seemed to take offense that I was inquiring about it and how it goes about.
