I interviewed in September 2020. I had one interview with the recruiter and a second interview with the Vice President and Director of Corporate Development. The interview seemed to go well, although they mentioned a relocation to Idaho, which I wasn't crazy about. In any case, I followed up with emails to both thanking them for their time. The VP wrote back saying they were making selections the next week and they never got back to me. I felt like they should have followed up with an email to let me know they weren't moving forward with me.
