Very organized and good at communicating the hiring process. Benefits and pay seem average for the position and location, however scheduling is obviously inconsistent given the time of year, holidays, and location.

I applied online on a Monday and was called in for an interview that Wednesday with the Store Director and Hiring Manager. 20 Minutes later they had me do a mouth swab drug screen and paperwork for orientation.

They called me within 2 weeks of my application. After that was hired and took a skills test and a class to introduced new employees to the company way.
