I only went through the first-round interview, which was an HR screening.
The interview mainly focused on basic background information and general questions. The HR representative was very friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxed.
The questions themselves were quite simple, and the interviewer mentioned that I would likely hear back in about a week.
Despite the straightforward process, I was not selected to move forward. I’m not entirely sure what the deciding factor was, but I understand that early screening decisions can be influenced by many factors beyond the difficulty of the interview questions.
