Question scoring system with 2 people taking turns asking questions. I was told the interviewee with the highest score would be offered a position. The interview was approximately 1 hour in length.

An hour-long scenario-based question. Use the STAR approach to answer the questions. Provide as much information as possible. Ask questions if you forget the question or you need more clarification.
One round with unit manager, STARs type behavioural questions. The process took about three weeks total. Good to know events you've experienced that can answer many different questions. The unit manager was nice.

Friendly and good communication. Open to taking time and introducing other staff members. Good questions that got me thinking and reflecting. Overall good experience though far away for me, ie; long drive
