Entrevista
1. Screening/initial interview with HR (30 min)
2. Case Study- extensive case study needed to be completed and then submitted for review. My access to my own work was removed as soon as I submitted. Took multiple hours to complete.
3. Once it was reviewed and they decided I should continue on to the final round I was asked to complete a personality assessment. I had to take THREE personality tests online and then write a lengthy "personality blueprint" about the results. Personally, this felt like a strange exercise and would have been more appropriate to complete during an onboarding session rather than an interview, Again, took a long time to complete.
4. . Final round interview. Over an hour of rapid fire interview questions with little to no feedback/conversation.
5. Was ultimately not given an offer and when I asked for some professional feedback as to why they didn't offer I received no response. Frustrating that after a 6 week process with a lot of prep work, the interviewer chose to not even acknowledge that request.

Entrevista
Initial phone call, group interview second. Did not make it to 3rd interview. Overall they were really friendly and explained the entire process start to finish. It seemed like they were interested in me but again there are always other candidates to consider.
