I first met with the CEO for a casual talk about the company and position. The following day I had a more formal interview with CEO and another member of admin. I was also given a written exercise to complete at home. While the initial meeting and interview was very efficient and CEO was quick to respond, I never heard anything from the company after submitting my written exercise. This was frustrating as I was told there would be a follow up regarding the position. After not hearing back for about a week, I attempted to follow up via email and never received a response. Very disappointing, especially since the company seemed to pride itself on the high quality of its employees.
