After the application submission, you are contacted by the acquisition team, they discuss your application and the process. You are asked to do a logical online test. Afterwards, you are invited into an in-person assessment day, where the team explains in detail how the training programme is set for the first half and spend the second half in one-on-one interview to understand your motivations.
