I had the interview with the E/I department head and was hired. I just had to take a UA. The department head called the next day very disappointed and told me I failed the UA. I said that was impossible and pleaded for them to let me take it again. A man later called me who I thought was from HR. I asked him to let me take the UA again and he could watch me. He turned out to be the president of Anvil. He amusingly allowed me to take the test again. I passed and happily worked there for 7 years.
