I received an email 4 business days after I applied for the position to complete a digital interview that I had up to 3 days to complete once I begin the process. I researched tips on how to successfully do a digital interview and bought a webcam, sky blue dress shirt, and practiced talking into the camera. Soon I got an email inviting me to a VIP Group interview the next week. Counted 28 people at the group interview and would guess about half got hired. I arrived on time (which is early since they say arrive early) withy printed resume, saw video about company interviewed with a recruiter then a dept. head, was offered the job, sent to a room for badge photo and nicotine/drug screening via cheek swab. Next was 11day wait game of completing the background check which was most annoying part of the process. Their sceeeninf company is over seas and open limited hours and asked for a few additional things and when they were complete would not give me results. Received an email stating I passed and about first day schedule etc. Be patient, smile and breathe, remember a few names along the way. Good luck! Very quick and easy! Orientation invite was first and then an in person interview to follow! It was overall simple and informative. Low stress and exciting. I’ve never felt more welcome in interview settings
