Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Alaska Airlines en may 2016
Entrevista
I applied during the open period in March 2016, got the email for the video interview mid April and completed it the next day. It was straight forward, 9 questions with 2 minutes to answer each question. Got the call for the f2f Thursday, May 12th and scheduled the f2f for the following Wednesday. I got to the hotel at 7 and met many other women. They do a brief, hi, thanks for coming. You are given times for your individual and group interviews. I was finished with those at 130. Then asked to hangout in the conference room with other hopefuls. At 430 I was asked to step out and was told I was not selected.... 9 hour interview... I get that they really wanted to get to know us and wanted to make the decision that day but to be there for 9 hours only to find out that I didn't receive the job is really devastating. Everyone was really nice and they even served is lunch which was great but it's one heck of a long day.

Why do you want to be a flight attendant for Alaska? How are you prepared for reserve? Why do you want to leave what you're currently doing?

Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
