The interview process took about two weeks in general. The first step was a phone screen with the HR recruiter, followed up by a phone interview with the finance department manager. Two days later, I was asked to come in person for an interview at the HQ office in Tysons and meet with the finance team. The interview consisted of a rotating panel of the finance team, managers and HR business partners. A week and a half after the in person interview, I secured a job offer from Alarm.com. Throughout the process, Alarm.com was fantastic at keeping in touch with me and facilitating a speedy interview process from start to finish.
