Entrevista
I was reached out to by a recruiter about 5 days after I applied. I first did a 15-20 minute HR phone screen where I talked about myself, why I wanted to work for alarm.com, and elaborated some more on my resume. I then did a HackerRank test with 3 questions in 2 hours. After that, I did a 30 minute phone screen with a software engineering team lead. In my experience, I thought the phone screen was a lot easier than the HackerRank, but I was rejected after the phone screen.

Recruiter phone screen, then final round back to back interviews. I am still waiting for final round interview. First phone screen was simple with normal behaviorals like tell me about yourself, was more like a conversation to see if you passed vibe check.

Phone call went pretty good just asked about resume stuff, along with best and worst projects and obstacles I had faced. They also asked for transcript so have that ready in advance in case they do ask for it.

Sent duplicate technical interview links and were unresponsive to their emails. When confronted about it only then did they schedule a phone screen. Phone Screen person did not seem interested at all and was very dull and unwelcoming.
