Good interview process. The team thoroughly described the attributes that were desired and necessary to be successful in this role. There were several rounds of interviews with different members of the team.

Entrevista
I was contacted by an outside recruiter a few months a go who set up a phone call interview. The recruiter provided me with a time and date. Upon contacting the HR representative. I found out that the time provided was inaccurate and was scolded by the HR Rep for making such a late call. I was stunned by the lack of understanding and apologized for the miscommunication. The HR Rep went ahead with the interview, but made me feel like he was only doing me a favor. The tone was clear that I was not going to be selected. When the recruiter called to asked me how it went. I expressed that I would not want to work with this company because I felt that I was harshly judged for an error that was not of my own accord. If the first welcome to a company is cold and harsh.,this is not a place to be.
