It was actually a very human interview process where Megan, the job broker, took the time to actually get to know me and really dig down on the kind of work I wanted to pursue and what my resume qualified me to do. I was also grateful that she made me feel comfortable and accomplished and not like a failure for needing a hiring service because I was having difficulty finding a job. So the interview and follow-up was good but ultimately they were never able to connect me to a job and I found their services no more effective than interviewing for positions on my own.
