Initial contact was made through an agent. When the HR Business Partner took over, there was initial good communication. The subsequent communication was sporadic, but still helpful and gave clear instruction of process. Initial meeting was with 2 senior department people and the HR Business Partner. A follow up meeting was arranged with more department executives.
