I had an initial video interview with the Head of Growth. The interview was simple and informal, he explained the company and what they were looking for. At the end of the interview he told me that he would send me an email to let me know some dates for the next step. He disappeared, no one replied to my emails anymore, I was ghosted. A huge red flag. Avoid at all costs
