I had a video interview with the hiring manager and then an in-person interview with a couple of the execs. I felt like everyone truly wanted to get to know me, my working style, my motivators, etc. to determine if I am a good fit for Aktify but also to make sure this is a good career move for me. Everyone was very personable and honest about their challenges. It was a great experience overall!
