It was a 2 month long process with two rounds of phone interviews and then I was selected to the on site interview. But suddenly, I was told they need to take another phone interview and I suspected it was just an excuse to reject me and I was right. The reason they gave was "not technically strong". The only technical expertise they asked for was Excel and I am an advanced level Excel expert.
