Online Written to test your basic skills before inviting you to F2F.
Once online written is clear, a well managed Interview. All Interviewer will be ready (until they stuck with some serious stuffs)
First Round with Team Lead (Technical and about your current role), then by Principle Lead (Some more technical and this round test your problem solving approach) Followed by Team Manager (Why you want to join, what you need from your next employer and blah blah). (all in same day and will not take more than 3 Hrs).
If you clear all F2F then you will called by Director Level Interview on next working day.
Usually, Technical Director round is first and if he show green signal then you will be forwarded to HR Director. But again if Technical Director is busy then they will directly forward you to HR Director and once Tech Director is free HR will put you in front of him. (Great Management by HRs here and good behaviors towards any interviewee).
Technical Director will ask you 1-2 technical question and what you do in your current organization and HR Director will ask you about your CTC, ECTC and about your family.
Same day (Director Rounds day) , HR will share the feedback.
After Director rounds , wait for 2-3 days. You will get a call from HR to come to Akamai office to collect Offer.
***GO AND ACCEPT YOUR OFFER***
Only thing which I did not like that they did not even negotiate CTC and release offer by their own choice even you told Expected CTC in HR Director Round. I got 15% hike on my current CTC ( I have 3.7 Yrs of Exp). Once I raised this concern and ask them to revise it, they told that they will consider this in next appraisal and they have many other variables which will cover this. On further checking with employee working in Akamai, Max %age hike is 15% which goes to certain teams and all other technical team will get only 8-12% hike.

1st round - Online test - passed (questions from Linux commands and networking)
2nd round - technical round - whole ccna course was tested here.
Started with layered approach, all difficult questions were asked until transport layer.
3rd round - hr ( couldn't make it to this round)

-first round was the apti round with 2 sections:general aptitude and technical .
General aptitude is of moderate difficulty but technical part is very difficult when it comes to networking questions.
- second round was a technical round which was very easy. Basically they just asked about linux commands, networking protocols and coding just to know if you have any knowledge which is not required for this profile
- next was the manager round which was just a casual talk with the manager where he tells about this profile a bit
- final round is hr which was a full description about the profile and salary
