Went through many rounds of interviews with hiring manager and stakeholders. Phones and face to face interviews. After so many rounds and then got told that they decided not to hire. That was like more than 3 - 4 months of interview process and waiting. And then was told again that there's a possibility of rehiring and I was in the run for the job. That got me interested again and was eager to talk to them again. However my ask on when I could talk to them again went unanswered. They left me high and dry after more than 6 months! Very unprofessional way of handling a senior role.
