Was called to be interviewed, Asked routine questions, Nothing too out of the ordinary but not cookie cutter questions, Defs prepare for Aje specific questions. Weirdly, was rejected for "other candidates with better experience" despite being told I seemed like the perfect candidate

Over the phone, it was a pretty muted and basic conversation. The Aje workers I spoke to were super nice though. I didn't end up getting it just doing this review so I can see someone elses review.

How are you with building relationships with other staff?
I met with the regional manager and store manager who were both super lovely. Both asked general questions about my work experience and why I wanted to work at the brand.
