Recruiter screening, interview with hiring manager, 2nd interview with hiring manager and head of department. Last interview included a case study which was sent over 3-5 days in advance and 2 slides had to be created.

Personal fit to job role was asked a lot. Many theoretical questions on how I would approach situations. Character fit questions related to strategy work.

Progress began with the recruiter who was very nice and great to chat with.
The next step in the process was a discussion with the hiring manager. Extremely intelligent individual. This area of the business appears to hire from / run very much like a top tier consulting firm. If you come from this industry - you’re probably used to this interview style. If not, I would suggest reading up on how to prep for a McKinsey or similar interview.
